Little Kiln Co started as a hobby and grew into a place for functional pottery, quiet creative time, and pieces made to become part of everyday life.
How it started
Hi! I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a mom to a busy toddler, a wife, and a dog-mom too which means life is full and always moving. It makes the quiet moments at the wheel even more meaningful to me.
I make handmade, wheel-thrown pottery with an emphasis on simple forms and everyday function. My favorite shape to throw is the humble bowl, something about its versatility and softness keeps me coming back.
My journey with clay started in high school, where my art teacher allowed me to use the untouched pottery wheel sitting in the corner. I had no clue what I was doing, and my pieces reflected that. Years later, at 24, I picked it back up as a hobby and quickly fell in love all over again. What began as a creative outlet has grown into something much bigger, something I now get to share with you.
Every piece I make is crafted with care, meant to be used and loved in your daily life. Thanks for being part of this story.
